We review your contract
One of our contracts experts will conduct a full clause-by-clause review of your documents. You will receive a written risk report identifying all areas of contractual exposure, together with a recommended amendment schedule setting out the changes we advise you to seek before signing.
Expected turnaround: 3 working days from receipt of your documents
We arrange your consultation
Within one working day of receiving your documents, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your 1-hour consultation. This will be conducted by video call at a time that suits you. We will walk you through the findings, answer your questions, and agree a negotiation strategy tailored to your position.
