2.2 Contract Risk Review tool — free AI assessment
When you use our free AI-powered Contract Risk Review tool, we collect:
Your name and email address (required to access the service)
Your stated role in the contract (employer, contractor, subcontractor, or consultant)
The contract type you select
The contract document(s) you upload
Important — document content: The documents you upload will be transmitted to Anthropic PBC (the provider of the Claude AI) for processing. Please see Section 5 (Third-Party Processors) for details. You should not upload documents containing personal data of third parties beyond what is necessary for the contractual risk review. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any documents you upload.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests — to provide the free risk assessment service you have requested, and to follow up with relevant commercial communications where you have consented to this.
2.3 Paid Contract Review service
When you purchase our Contract Review & Consultation service, we collect:
Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Name and email address as provided at checkout
Contract documents submitted for review via our website or by email
Legal basis: Performance of a contract — to deliver the service you have purchased.
2.4 Website usage data
We and our platform provider (Squarespace) collect standard analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location. This data is collected via cookies. Please see Section 8 (Cookies) for more detail.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

To deliver the paid Contract Review & Consultation service

4. AI Processing — Important Notice
The free Contract Risk Review uses artificial intelligence. When you upload a contract document, it is transmitted securely to Anthropic PBC, an artificial intelligence company, which processes the document to generate a risk assessment. This processing is automated.
You should be aware that:
The AI-generated risk score and findings are indicative only and do not constitute professional or legal advice
Ryburn Commercial Services Ltd makes no representation as to the accuracy of AI-generated output
Anthropic processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy and data processing terms
Documents uploaded to the free tool are processed by Anthropic's AI systems and are subject to Anthropic's data usage policies
If you are concerned about the confidentiality of a document, you should seek legal advice before uploading it, or contact us to arrange a review by a contracts expert directly without use of the AI tool.
5. Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following third-party services which may process your personal data on our behalf:

This Site and our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
